Bryce Schotz
Raised in a real estate family from Phoenix, Arizona, Bryce Schotz is the founder and lead Realtor® of the You Call The Schotz Real Estate Team and a 3rd generation Realtor® in Arizona. He graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a double degree in Business Management-Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Having worked on the investment side of the real estate business since he was 16 with his parents, Bryce knew real estate was his calling from a young age. Upon graduating from Arizona State, he continued his career by launching the You Call The Schotz Real Estate Team in 2012 to help others with their biggest investment, their home. Currently in the top 1% of Realtors® in Arizona for Sales Volume. He has also been nominated by Arizona Foothills Magazine for “Best Realtor In the Valley” & “Best Real Estate Group”.

Shawna Schotz
More than just a Realtor® for the You Call The Schotz Real Estate Team, Shawna coordinates active transactions to make sure each deal runs smoothly. As well, she is the head of marketing and ensures that your home is getting the maximum exposure. Raised in Toronto, Canada, Shawna completed her schooling at the Ted Rogers School of Business at Toronto Metro University with degrees in Marketing Management and Accounting. Having also come from a real estate family in Toronto, Shawna has developed a knack for perfection knowing that the details are the difference in having a successful transaction.
