Bryce Schotz
I am Bryce Schotz, the founder and CEO of the You Call The Schotz Real Estate Team, and I proudly work alongside my incredible wife, Shawna. With a career spanning since 2012, we have achieved remarkable success by closing over 325 transactions. Notably, I have maintained a position within the top 1% of REALTORS® for sales volume since 2020. We prioritize understanding our clients' needs, negotiating vigorously, leveraging our industry relationships, and providing protection from potential liabilities. I genuinely believe that our clients recognize this commitment, and it's their confidence in our services that lead them to refer us to their networks. Shawna Schotz
I am Shawna Schotz, a licensed REALTOR® since 2017 and an integral part of the You Call The Schotz Real Estate Team, helping Bryce from behind-the-scenes with the marketing and transaction coordinating. Assisting Bryce allows him to accomplish and surpass his real estate goals and dreams. Working together as a team, Bryce and I are able to work to our strengths and fill in for each other’s shortcomings. The behind-the-scenes transaction management and tedious tasks are where I thrive which allows Bryce to do what he does best – connection with our clients and negotiate! Giving our clients 100% of himself allows us to provide the best experiences and tend to their needs. We are good at delegating and know when to step up or step back. Since we’ve been working together for so many years, we are a well-oiled machine.
